BoatHoist International Pty Ltd - Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are the terms on which BoatHoist International Pty Ltd sells products and supersedes all other terms and conditions relating to the subject matter of these conditions
- Price and Payment
The price for the Goods is inclusive of GST.
- Goods
The description and quantity of the Goods to be sold shall be as set out on Ebay provided by the Seller to the Buyer.
- Delivery
The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the Buyer at the address of the Buyer as shown on receipt of the email ‘proof of sale form’ within 14 days of purchase.
- Title and Risk
The goods shall be at the risk of the Buyer following delivery.
Not withstanding delivery, title in the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Buyer has made payment of all sums owing to the Seller.
- Insurance
The Goods will be mailed as Registered mail through Australia Post.
