The LTB’s are mounted to the vehicle side steps or body just behind the front wheel mudflaps and bolt to the boathoist framework on each side of the vehicle. These bars use a jacking bolt to transfer up to 40% of the weight off the roof and into the vehicle sub frame significantly increasing overall vehicle boat carrying capacity and stability.
The Trailer Kit and Motor Kit
The Trailer Kit and Motor Storage Kit come with the Master Series or may be individually added to the Standard Series at the time of purchase or retro fitted at a latter date. The Trailer Kit comes without a compliance plate and must be registered as a homemade trailer because the structural components are re-used from the boat loader each time the owner assembles the boat trailer.
A 3 year warranty from the date of purchase applies to all parts and workmanship but does not extend to damage caused by inappropriate loads or use.
Total rooftop load should not exceed vehicle and roof rack manufactures specifications.
